I appreciate the polite staff. They proved helpful. The beach was fantastic. It offered relaxation. I thought the pool area was great and spacious. Restaurants had delicious food.
I found windows were not clean. This issue affected the view. It made it less enjoyable.

The Two-Bedroom Suite Sea View features ample space and sofa. It includes comfortable beds with cozy blankets. The suite had an Italian bidet plus a bathtub for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I found service in the restaurant was excellent and efficient. MrSujeesh provided amazing support during meal times.

The gym was well-equipped. It had several treadmills and stationary bikes. The staff at the gym was particularly friendly and helpful (a real asset!). I liked the central location. It offered easy access to many local attractions. The hotel restaurant featured an excellent dinner. I found the food delicious.
The hotel decor seemed a bit outdated, showing some wear and tear.

The breakfast area had an excellent attendant. Everyone was kind. The shift 7 bar, located on the 15th floor, had an excellent staff member who was able to prepare many kinds of cocktails and drinks.

The staff was consistently helpful. They accommodated a late check-in without any problems. The reception allowed for a later check-out than scheduled. The staff responded to any requests that I had. They were accommodating.
